L.P gas Multi Cylinder Installations

The Safety is highly concern in LPG/Propane Installations because it’s a highly inflammable gas with high density. Air Gas Ratio regulator
Air Gas Ratio regulators allow precise, repeatable control of gas/air ratios on preheated air combustion systems where air density is affected by temperature changes. They can be used as direct gas pressure controllers or as loading signal generators for conventional gas/air ratio regulators. They are also suitable for cold air combustion systems where the available gas pressure is higher than the combustion air pressure, avoiding the necessity of troublesome, high maintenance bleeders. They are suitable for natural, LP, and clean coke oven or bio-gas. Special models are available for controlling air pressure.


High / Low Pressure Regulators

A pressure regulator is a valve that automatically cuts off the flow of a liquid or gas at a certain pressure. Regulators are used to allow high-pressure fluid supply lines or tanks to be reduced to safe and/or usable pressures for various applications. Gas pressure regulators are used to regulate the gas pressure and are not appropriate for measuring flow rates. Flow meters, Rota meters or Mass Flow Controllers should be used to accurately regulate gas flow rates. A pressure regulator's primary function is to match the flow of gas through the regulator to the demand for gas placed upon the system. If the load flow decreases, then the regulator flow must decrease also. If the load flow increases, then the regulator flow must increase in order to keep the controlled pressure from decreasing due to a shortage of gas in the pressure system. These regulators are available in preset type, adjustable type in different flow ranges.


Under Pressure shut-off Valve
This control device is not similar to a low pressure cut-off device and in effect, Performs the same task. its mode of operation is slightly  different , however, and it is Invariably incorporated with a second stage regulator. Its used in LPG/ CNG Installations. When the device senses an abnormally low pressure ( slightly lower ) than Operating pressure it causes diaphragm to drop a particularly low position resulting in The UPSO valve closing against its seating, gas cannot therefore pass into the control Valve until the reset rod has been lifted to reset the UPSO valve. This can only be Achieved when all appliances controls are closed and pressure can build up  in  the Downstream pipe line. Using of this type of safety device control low pressure situation In appliances and in minor leakages in down stream.


Zero Gas Governors

This is same as a regulator but act different. These type of regulator is used where no any fluctuation/ variation required in pressure for appliances. These governors are used to control gas and air inlet pressure for gas burners and appliances in industry and for heating purposes,  Spring loaded gas governor with inlet pressure compensation and zero shut-off. The outlet pressure is kept constant with changing gas flow as a function of the spring setting. The inlet pressure compensation makes for high control accuracy with changing inlet pressures. The zero shut-off prevents the outlet pressure from increasing when there is no gas flow through the governors. These governors are available in deferent sizes as per specific pressure and flow requirements.



Burner Controllers     

These types of instruments are used to control the gas and oil burners.  It’s a Electronic device heaving sequence of process of Ignition and modulation with Temperature of appliances. L.P gas / CNG Gas  Detection Systems
